The Community Tourism Agency (CTA) is pleased to announce an open invitation for proposals from qualified and experienced entities for the management and operation of the CTA Accommodation Facility located on Front Street in Anse La Raye, Saint Lucia. Please note that the deadline for submissions has been extended to Monday, July 21st, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.

The accommodation facility, built in 2020, is a two-story masonry building that combines modern amenities with traditional Anse La Raye architecture. The facility features ten (10) guest rooms, with en-suite bathrooms, a 110.34 sq ft kitchen and 213.51 sq ft dining area.

As part of the CTA’s ongoing commitment to creating authentic experiences that highlight Saint Lucia’s traditions and foster sustainable livelihoods, Chief Executive Officer of the CTA shared that the accommodation facility plays a key role in positioning Anse La Raye as a holistic tourism product. Its operation will support local entrepreneurship, boost economic growth, and contribute to the development of the community. The CTA’s goal is to ensure that this facility has a meaningful impact on the prosperity of the Anse La Raye village and beyond.

Interested parties are to submit a Technical Proposal and Commercial Proposal in separate, sealed envelopes, clearly labeled, and deliver them to the Community Tourism Agency’s office at Coral Avenue, Edgewater, Gros Islet no later than July 21, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.
Any clarifications or changes to the Proposal Documents will be made available as written addenda on the CTA’s official website at www.ctasaintlucia.org. All proponents are advised to regularly check the website for updates.
