The Partnership Application Documents consists of The Application Form & Checklist. Please ensure that all applicable information is completed on both Forms. This information is needed to ensure that the application form has the relevant information and the required supporting documents outlined in the Checklist, are submitted for reference and consideration, in the process of becoming a Partner with the Community Tourism Agency. Each section, where applicable MUST be filled. All of the information must be accurate and legible and remains confidential.
