New restaurant coming soon to Anse La Raye’s Waterfront
The Community Tourism Program is geared at diversifying the tourism offerings in Saint Lucian communities. One of the first projects undergone is a newly constructed restaurant at the Anse La Raye water’s edge.
Minister for Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Information and Culture, Dr. Ernest Hilaire, emphasized that “the community of Anse la Raye, and in particular its waterfront, is full of potential. It is now time for us to create infrastructure that enhances that natural beauty.”
Residents will have the opportunity to hone culinary and management skills, as this restaurant will also serve as a training facility for hospitality hopefuls.
